Τasting Characteristics

No other fruit has such a bright green color. Its flesh is creamy and can resemble strawberry, melon and banana having on the other hand its own special sweet and astringent taste.

Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Tiki Ki

• 25 ml Monin kiwi puree
• 5 ml Monin almond syrup
• 40 ml rum
• 40 ml passion fruit juice
• ginger ale
• 1 piece of  ginger
• 1 lime

Press the ginger with the puree in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients except the ginger ale, with ice, shake well and serve in a Tiki glass. Top with Fentimans ginger ale and serve.

Cocktails without alcohol

Kiwi Energy

• 30 ml Monin kiwi puree
• 50 ml orange juice
• 40 ml grapefruit juice
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 1 egg

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice very hard until the mixture becomes foamy. Serve in a tumbler glass with ice.
