Vineyard

Ther vineyard is located at 400m altitude between the outskirts of West Pieria and the lake of Polyphytos. This place creates a special and rare microclimate as the high temperatures of the lake with the lowest temperatures of the mountain range of Pieria create a permanent breeze that contributes to the proper ripening of the grapes giving them a special aromatic character.

It pairs well with meat served with fall fruits, pork pate, dishes with nuts and sweet nuances, mature yellow cheeses.
