Vivid pink color with violet reflections. Enchanting nose of pomegranate, strawberry and wild forest fruits, with floral notes. Rich, fruity mouth, with an intense aftertaste.

Vineyard

The vineyards spread over different regions of Ancient Nemea, the most advantageous of which is located at 420 meters above sea level.

Vinification – Maturation

Harvest early in the morning and transfer to the winery by refrigerated truck. Grapes stay in the refrigerator for 12 hours, then cold maceration for 14 hours at 0°C follows. Grapes pressed at 1,4 bar. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Disruption of fermentation at 9°C.

Harmony

Pairs well with light chocolate mousse, sweets with white chocolate, yogurt with strawberries, green salads with pomegranate and honey dressings, fruits and fruit salads.

At 10 °C
