Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of sweet dark chocolate and hints of spices such as cardamom and cinnamon. In the mouth it has a more herbal character, along with the sweetness of molasses and caramel syrup. The finish has hints of smoke and coffee, along with sweet vanilla and a little caramel.

The process

For its creation, 2 types of rum are used, from pot and continuous distillers. This version of 75.5% abv (151 proof).
