The process

Luxardo Bitter Bianco shares the herbs and fruits with Luxardo Bitter Rosso. Before the blending process, however, most of these elements are distilled.

Served

For Negroni Bianco,  add 30 ml of Luxardo Bitter Bianco, 30 ml of Portobello Road Gin and 30 ml of Cocchi Americano Bianco in a low glass. Mix well with a little ice and garnish with a lemon peel. For Clear Garibaldi, add 50 ml of Luxardo Bitter Bianco, 100 ml of orange juice and 50 ml of soda in a glass with ice. If you don't want a cocktail, just enjoy it straight.
