Giffard hazelnut syrup is a pure sugar syrup with hazelnut extract, without additives.

Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Gourmandise

• 20 ml vodka
• 30 ml Giffard hazelnut syrup
• 20 ml coffee liqueu
• 20 ml milk

Add the ingredients to a shaker. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass, with no ice. Garnish & serve

Cocktails without alcohol

Hazelnut Frappe

• 30 ml Giffard hazelnut syrup
• 30 ml espresso
• 120 ml milk

Add the ingredients to a shaker. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Serve.
