Tasting Characteristics

The pulp produced is perfectly balanced in sugar and maintains the ideal degree of acidity. The essence, obtained from the peel of green apples, gives the aroma of freshly picked fruit. Mixer green apple puree has a very dense texture.

Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Cucumber Cooler

• 20 ml Mixer green apple puree
• 10 ml fresh lemon juice
• 20 ml cucumber syrup
• 45 ml gin
• 100 ml soda water

Put the ingredients into glass and stir well. Fill the glass with ice. Top with soda water.

Cocktails without alcohol

Pine - Apple

• 25 ml Mixer pinapple puree
• 25 ml Mixer green apple puree
• 120 ml still water

Fill glass with ice and pour into a blender. Pour ingredients over ice and blend until smooth. Serve into a tumbler glass.
