Tasting Characteristics

Light red color. Light, cool, aromatic taste. Watermelon, a fruit symbol of summer, thanks to the Mixer, can be enjoyed all year round, in cocktails, smoothies and granitas.

Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Watermelon Caipiroska

• 30 ml Mixer watermelon puree
• 45 ml vodka
• 2 tsp sugar cane

Muddle the lime wedges with Puree teaspoon of cane sugar.  Add a scoop of crushed ice. Pour the others ingredients over ice. Stir well before serving.

Cocktails without alcohol

Summer smoothies

• 15 ml Mixer watermelon puree
• 15 ml Mixer melon puree
• 15 ml Mixer forest fruit puree

Fill Glass with ice and pour into blender. Pour ingredients plus half banana and half orange and blend untill smooth. Serve into a tumbler glass.
