Passoã is a passion fruit liqueur made in France, with passion fruit as the main ingredient. Invented in 1985, the brand belonged to the Rémy Cointreau group. In December 2016, Passoã SAS was founded as a result of a joint venture between Lucas Bols and Rémy Cointreau. The product was launched in 1986 in the European market and in 1994 worldwide, and was a best-selling liqueur nationally in several national markets, including Puerto Rico, the Netherlands and Belgium.
