Tasting Characteristics

It has a dark, orange colour and fruity aromas, reminiscent of fruit jams and dried orange peels. Οak barrels are responsible for aromas of spices, vanilla, butter caramel, cocoa and coconut. Rich and persistent aftertaste, with a long chocolate finish.

The Process

The best grapes of the region, fermented in stainless steel tanks of controlled temperature and water from Mount Dirfi, are combined in copper distillers and are distilled. As it matures in American and French oak casks, the distillate acquires a complex, refined and attractive character.

At 16 - 20°C.
