Tasting Characteristics

Vivid, bright, red colour, that captures the senses. Aroma of orange peels, with complex notes of aromatic herbs. Taste pleasantly bittersweet, with strong traces of citrus fruits. Texture velvety and rounded.

The process

Red wines of Brachetto and Malvasia grapes are mixed with natural extracts of flowers and spices, in particular gentian, orange, ginger and rose petals.

Served

With soda or tonic and a slice of grapefruit, but also in cocktails, such as the Garibaldi, the Negroni and the Sbaliato.
