Tasting Characteristics

Inspired by the typical italian vermouths, it is slightly sweet and, as tradition requires, it has a characteristic amber colour.

Process

Double distilled in small batches, using traditional copper pot stills. The absence of the excellent solvent, called ethyl alcohol, inside the alembic reduces the extracting capacity of aromas from the fruits, seeds and herbs. This is why the quantity of the plant ingredients used in the distillation is significantly higher, compared to the usual process. As a result, the distillate is equally rich in aromatic elements as a typical alcoholic spirit.

Ideal for making alcohol-free Negroni, Americano and Manhattan or as a long drink with soda.
