Tasting Characteristics

Intense, vibrant, orange colour. On the nose, the aroma of orange is accompanied by attractive, complex aromas of herbs and vanilla. In the mouth, the orange flavour also dominates, accompanied by notes of wood, and a slightly salty sense. Velvety and rounded texture. Lasting finish, with pleasantly bitter character.

The process

As in similar drinks, the recipe is a secret, however it includes the infusion of herbs and fruits.

Served

Aperol is ideal for consumption on many occasions, even early in the afternoon, because of its 11% alcohol content. For example, an Aperol Spritz is easy to make:

-  Fill a white wine glass with ice

- Pour 3 parts of prosecco

- Pour 2 parts of Aperol

- Top with soda

- Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
