Colour light green. Almost sour taste of lime and essence of orange.

Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Frozen Lime Margarita

• 40 ml Mixer lime puree
• 15 ml triple sec
• 45 ml tequila

Fill glass with ice and pour into blender. Pour ingredients over ice and blend until smooth. Serve into a margarita glass.

Cocktails without alcohol

Lime Virgin Caipirinha

• 30 ml Mixer lime puree
• soda water

Muddle the lime wedges with puree and cane sugar. Add a scoop of crushed ice. Pour the others ingredients over ice. Stir well before serving.
