Coconut puree is the perfect combination between the cool and refreshing milk contained in the coconut fruit and the fibrous part that surrounds it.

Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Pina Colada

• 30 ml Mixer coconut puree
• 25 ml Mixer pinapple puree
• 45 ml white rum
• 60 ml fresh pinapple juice

Fill glass with ice and pour into blender. Pour ingredients over ice and blend until smooth. Serve into a hurricane glass.

Cocktails without alcohol

Ginger Colada

• 30 ml Mixer coconut puree
• 15 ml Mixer pinapple puree
• 20 ml syrup ginger
• 60 ml fresh pinapple juice

Fill glass with ice and pour into blender. Pour ingredients over ice and blend until smooth. Serve into a hurricane glass.
