Tasting Characteristics

Golden yellow liqueur with soft orange hues. The bouquet is revealed gradually: the sweetness of the ripe apricot at first, then a slight herbal hint, and the sweet spices (vanilla) and the caramel at the finish.

The process

The best fruit varieties were selected (Abricot Rouge du Roussillon, Cassis Noir de Bourgogne) to create the best liqueurs, with emphasis on the origin (Muroise du Val de Loire, Banane du Bresil, Vanille de Madagascar). Complemented with the best spirits, spices and fruits to enrich the aroma to achieve the best balance.
